Tripattendynt Referral Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Tripattendynt Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before sharing your referral code or participating in the program.
1. Referral Commission
When someone uses your unique referral code to sign up for Tripattendynt, you will receive a 5% commission on the value of their first trip booking. This commission is calculated based on the total amount paid by the referred traveler for their first trip.
Note: The commission percentage may be modified at any time, at Tripattendynt’s sole discretion, without prior notice to the users. It is your responsibility to stay updated with the terms.
2. Eligibility for Commission
Only successful signups using your referral code will qualify for a commission.
The referred traveler must complete their first trip in order for the commission to be credited to your account.
3. Withdrawal of Commissions
You may request to withdraw your accumulated commissions only when your total commission balance is $100 or more.
Requests for commission withdrawal will not be processed until the minimum threshold is met.
4. Transaction Fees
When withdrawing your commission, any applicable transaction or processing fees (including sending or conversion fees) will be deducted from the total commission amount before payment is processed. These fees will vary depending on the payment method or platform you choose for the withdrawal.
5. Commission Account
All commissions are credited to your Tripattendynt account and will be visible in your earnings section.
Commissions are only available for withdrawal via approved methods specified by Tripattendynt.
6. Changes to the Referral Program
Tripattendynt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without notice. Any changes to the commission percentage or other aspects of the program will be communicated at Tripattendynt’s discretion.
7. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Tripattendynt has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activities and the abuse of the Referral Program. Any violation of these terms, including but not limited to the misuse of referral codes, fake accounts, or manipulating the system, may result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any accumulated commissions. Tripattendynt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious activities.
8. Liability
Tripattendynt is not responsible for any losses, delays, or other issues arising from the referral program or the withdrawal of commissions, including issues related to transaction fees, banking delays, or issues with third-party payment platforms.
9. Tax Liability
You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from the commission you earn through the Referral Program. Tripattendynt will not be liable for any taxes that may be applicable to your earnings.
10. Governing Law
These Referral Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Tripattendynt is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Agreement
By using your referral code or participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you understand and accept the responsibilities, limitations, and conditions of the program. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from participating in the Referral Program.
